You retain all rights to the videos you upload through COOLCLIP. We do not claim ownership of your content.

2. User Responsibility

You are solely responsible for ensuring your content complies with TikTok's Community Guidelines. COOLCLIP is not liable for any account restrictions or content removals by TikTok.

3. Limitation of Service

COOLCLIP provides the interface for Content Posting API. We do not guarantee 100% uptime and are not responsible for upload failures caused by network issues or TikTok API limitations.

4. Termination

We reserve the right to restrict access to COOLCLIP for users who misuse the API or engage in spamming activities.
